- Hourly rates differ based on time/day/volume. Please request hourly rate information from our office. Mileage is billed at $0.58/mile round trip. Parking/bridge tolls will be billed when applicable.
- Hired Hands requires notification of schedule changes and/or cancellations 48 hours/2 business days prior to the original scheduled start time of an assignment. Weekends and holidays are NOT considered business days. A full service charge for all services scheduled will be charged if Hired Hands does not receive adequate notice.
- If an assignment is more than 45-50 miles one-way for an interpreter, an hourly drive time may be assessed.
- Clients will be billed by mail after services are performed. We do request prompt payment for our services and request that invoices be paid within 30 days. A 1% late fee will apply on past due invoices.
- Interpreters working for Hired Hands are doing so on an independent contractor basis. Interpreters are required to keep certification current and carry professional liability insurance.
- All services are billed with a minimum fee equal to two hours for each interpreter needed. Even though an assignment may be of short duration, this minimum is applicable at all times.
